Spacious public areas, gated outdoor pool access, convenient multiple entrance/exits.
Poor maintenance with stained carpets and malfunctional coffee makers!!! Issues with cleanliness, including used toiletries left behind!!! Noise from unmonitored children in the hallways creates a less than tranquil atmosphere!!!

The stay in the one-bedroom suite felt cozy, with an excellent air conditioning system and comfortable beds that smelled fresh. The gated outside pool area ensured privacy and was a great place to relax. The breakfast options were plentiful, and having dishes available in the kitchen added to the convenience, although dish detergent would have been a helpful addition. A slight downside was the absence of a more varied seating area for relaxation and minor maintenance details in public spaces.

Spacious layout and helpful staff
The King Studio Sofa Bed was spacious and clean, making it an ideal stay for my family. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our meals easily. Additionally, the staff was engaging and responsive, enhancing our overall experience. One downside was the unexpected $2 parking fee, which seemed unnecessary given the available space.

Digging into Joplin’s local flavor was a blast! The classic Steak 'n Shake just down the road was a savory treat that hit the spot. Plus, the room's mini-suite setup was perfect for family bonding. Clean, comfy, and spacious, it felt like home away from home.
But let's keep it real—ran into a few hiccups! The pool was under renovation, and the paid parking felt like a surprise fee that popped up out of nowhere. Also, spotted some trash lingering in the hall. a bit of tidying up wouldn’t hurt.

Awesome stay with comfy beds
The staff was super friendly & always ready to help. The pool area was great, especially since it was gated. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread too. Just wish there was some dish detergent for the kitchen—could've used that! But overall, it was a comfy spot for the fam.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was a nice surprise, yet the outdated air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night. Even though there was a lovely kitchenette, the cleanliness could have been better, with concerns lingering after my stay. Overall, a mixed experience.
